We specialize in whole-house renovations, kitchen and bath remodeling, and garage and basement conversions. About the Role:

HDR Remodeling is looking for a Marketing Assistant & Client Relations Specialist to be the welcoming face of our company while also supporting our marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to blend administrative and creative marketing responsibilities in a high-end residential remodeling firm.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will bring a warm, professional, and charismatic presence to the front desk. You’ll handle key administrative responsibilities while also assisting with marketing initiatives that enhance our brand, generate leads, and engage with our audience.
This is a full-time position working at our Emeryville office (onsite role).
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Client Relations & Administrative Duties:
Manage the intake process for potiential clients, including answering, directing, and screening calls, responding to online inquiries, assessing and qualifying leads, and tracking them in the CRM system.
Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
Maintain office organization, including ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies.
Respond to inquiries from managers, coworkers, and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the front desk and common areas are presentable and welcoming.
Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Marketing Duties:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand visibliilty and generate leads
Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring all communications align with our company’s image and values.
Support social media, website, and PR content creation and editing.
Review and edit blog posts, website content, and PR materials.
Help design marketing materials, such as billboards, email campaigns, and welcome letters for new clients.

Experienced in mid-level marketing with comfort handling administrative and front desk duties.
Proficient in social media, content creation, and basic design tools.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information appropriately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in marketing, client relations, or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for design and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with marketing, business development, or sales strategies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
$35 - 40/hr DOE
