Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing their accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients
• Monitor account performance and provide insights to clients to drive improvements
• Prepare and present regular account reviews and reports to clients

• Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management or client relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
