The Role:

We’re looking for a Client Relations Officer – Spanish Speaking to join our dynamic team in Limassol.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients — assisting with financial transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring their overall experience reflects our company’s values and standards.

If you are client-oriented, proactive, and enjoy building meaningful relationships, this role offers a great opportunity to grow within a professional and international environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients visiting the company.

Support clients with financial transactions and account-related inquiries.

Provide accurate information on the company’s products and services.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients when required.

Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.

Deliver top-quality customer service aligned with company standards.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Proven experience in a client-facing or customer relations role is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in sales or portfolio management will be considered an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
