Job Description

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication, meetings, and responsive service support.
• Initiate and lead interactions with potential clients to introduce the company’s platform and services, understand their general interests, and provide information to help them effectively use the firm's self-directed investment tools.

2. Business Development

• Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and platform utilization within the existing client base and by increasing awareness among potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in achieving KPI and business targets through client education, referrals, and promotion of available platform features and services, consistent with the firm's self-directed model.

3. Product and Service Customization

• Gather feedback from clients and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improving user experience or enhancing existing platform services.
• Work closely with the product development team to communicate client feedback and support the design and implementation of platform features suitable for clients trading in the stock market.

4. Market and Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on the latest market trends, financial regulations, and stock market developments in the respective region(s).
• Use this knowledge to provide factual and educational market information to clients, helping them understand the trading environment without conducting or providing any market analysis, investment advice, recommendations, or opinions on specific investments.

5. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate client records, document communications, and prepare regular reports on client interactions, platform feedback, and engagement activities.

6. Other Duties

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in client relations, account servicing, or a similar role within financial services, brokerage, or an outbound call center is preferred.
• Exposure to or knowledge of capital markets and investment-related products is an advantage.
• Five working days per week.
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
