Position - Client Performance Reporting Management - 12-MONTH CONTRACT + 1mth completion Bonus)
We are hiring for a top tier private bank.
Work location: next to Expo MRT
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Being part of the back-office operations in the area of Operation Services for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres primarily for supporting Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management, responsible for supporting queries in the daily operational Client Performance Reporting processing including related data quality control procedures
Job scope:
• Close collaboration with internal partners, external providers and relevant departments on client performance enquiry, controls/reports, and customised statements
• Related to the area of Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management- to Providing reliable, high quality business support to front unit
• Support in the daily position reconciliation between core banking and portfolio management system (T24 vs Triple'A)
• Provide support in new initiatives and projects
• Process improvements, scalability measures and cost optimization opportunities
• Work with the relevant teams in fulfilment of regulatory requirements, complete mandatory trainings
Requirement:
• Degree qualified and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Private Banking
• Good understanding in Client Performance Reporting calculation methodologies including valuation, performance calculation, contribution/ attribution, cost price calculation
• Good knowledge of core banking system T24 and performance reporting system Triple'A Plus.
• Good understanding of different asset classes with the ability to interpret business ops booking processes/transactions/product life cycle events and assess impact to position valuation and portfolio performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office software and good presentation skills
