Our Plantation-based law firm is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented
Client Performance Administrative Assistant to support client communications, performance tracking, and compliance across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate portfolios. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met, reporting is accurate, and performance expectations are consistently achieved.

What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients daily through phone, email, and client portals.
Manage client scorecards, reporting requirements, and escalation workflows.
Track file status, timelines, and workflow progress to ensure timely completion.
Support audits, case reviews, and compliance initiatives.
Draft case chronologies and assist with performance metric reporting.
Partner with attorneys and operations teams to meet client and regulatory deadlines.
Administer client alerts, timelines, and industry‑specific requirements.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate law, or mortgage servicing.
Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and related regulatory timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and platforms such as Perfect Practice, ICE, Tempo, ADR, or DRA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Bonus Points For
Experience managing client scorecards or performance analytics.
Familiarity with judicial and non‑judicial foreclosure processes.
Background in audit support or compliance reporting within legal or financial services.
