Main Responsibilities: :
• You will be part of the Aleph Czech team, representing several global digital platforms including Spotify, Digital Turbine, WeTransfer, Amazon, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter). In this role, you will focus on developing and managing paid media business across these platforms.
• You will manage selected platforms, providing strategic guidance and support to local advertisers and agencies in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across the platforms’ ecosystems.
• You will expand our client portfolio while partnering with key advertisers to improve campaign performance, strengthen KPIs, and drive business growth.
• You will educate advertisers and agencies on our partners’ products through onsite presentations and one-on-one training.
• You will attend industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• You will monitor revenue performance across the business portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing corrective actions where needed.
• You will take ownership of commercial performance, with full accountability for driving and achieving both short-term and long-term KPIs.

Core Functional Skills & Knolwedge:
• You have 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising space, working with large accounts and building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
• You communicate effectively both internally and externally, with excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
• You understand how agencies plan, buy, and measure the performance of digital and programmatic advertising campaigns.
• You are highly customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You work in a structured and systematic way and bring a strong “can-do” attitude.
• You are highly analytical and data-focused, with the ability to think both strategically and creatively.
• You are curious about technology and are proficient in tools such as Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience with Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus.
• You have a network with key agencies and clients in the Czech market (a plus, but not required).
