Despite being the biggest asset class in the world, the commercial real estate industry relies on excel & PDF “Rent Roll” documents as the primary means of exchanging data. These files are frequently inconsistent, inaccurate, and inaccessible, posing challenges for real estate professionals. Through automated data capture, standardisation, and analysis, PRODA can:
· Build repositories of clean, standardised data
· Increase process efficiency, through faster report generation
· Improve data-driven decision making, by ensuring the accuracy of input data
Furthermore, PRODA easily integrates with existing systems, to ensure consistent dataflow through the whole organisation.
Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 70 people strong, and is looking to expand further in 2026.

Role Summary
As part of our global expansion, our Client Partners will manage the overall client relationship post-sale with a strong focus on ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upsells. The Client Partner will own the commercial relationship and carries a sales quota.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the client relationship to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
· Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities (use of action plan for expansion)
· Own renewal conversations and overall account strategy
· Supervise the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring client needs are met (in coordination with onboarding team)
· Act as the strategic advisor and first point of escalation for commercial discussion
Skills & Competencies
· Fluency in both German and English (required)
· 5+ years’ experience in an account manager or client partner role
· Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Highly Desirable
· Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and key concepts (rent rolls, operating statements, valuations, etc.)
· Understanding of real estate investment workflows (acquisition, asset management, portfolio management)
· Experience working with real estate professionals (fund managers, asset managers, property managers, etc.)
· Exposure to SaaS or data platforms in the real estate or financial services space
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex data
· Ability to quickly grasp new concepts in real estate finance and data
