Driving Revenue Growth & Strategic Client Expansion
As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph’s footprint in Casablanca, Morocco, directly contributing to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term strategic client partnerships.
This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role responsible for owning a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
Revenue Growth and Portfolio Expansion
•
Own and grow a dedicated book of business, driving revenue and achieving defined sales KPIs
•
Build and maintain a structured pipeline, executing disciplined sales routines
•
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Strategic Client Leadership
•
Position Aleph as a strategic digital partner to agencies and direct clients
•
Lead commercial conversations around performance, investment, and growth opportunities
•
Deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives
Market and Cross-Functional Impact
•
Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers, tech, and support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
•
Monitor market trends and proactively unlock new business opportunities
•
Contribute to scalable best practices that drive sustainable growth across markets
🛠 What You Bring to the Table:
•
1.5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or commercial account management
•
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
•
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
•
Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing ecosystems
•
Experience managing structured sales pipelines and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
•
Fluency in English
•
Experience working with agencies or enterprise-level advertisers
•
Experience selling performance-driven digital solutions
