At EssenceMediacom, we are looking for a Client Operations Manager who is eager to create Breakthroughs together with us for our clients, including adidas, Airbnb, Milcobel, Perfetti Van Melle, Polestar, Proximus, Roularta, The Coca-Cola Company, and more.

As a Client Operations Manager, you will be part of our Client Leadership discipline and work within our Client Squads. These teams are responsible for managing client relationships and delivering all services we provide to our clients.

• Within your role, you will be responsible for project management and campaign management for selected clients.

• Project Management

• Together with the Client Squad, ensure we deliver top-quality work to our clients

• Help define the Squad’s agenda and priorities

• Take responsibility for ensuring timely delivery of all projects, requiring strong planning, organizational, and communication skills

• Campaign Management

• Ensure we receive timely and clear briefings from the client

• Deliver plans together with the Client Squad and media experts within the agreed deadlines (with the support of our project management tool, Wrike)

• Provide our experts with the necessary information received from the Strategist and Communication Planner to develop detailed media plans (TV/Radio/Out-of-Home/Digital/Print)

• Follow up on client approvals of our plans

• Coordinate the delivery of media materials with creative agencies (e.g., TV spots, radio spots, social media posts, posters, etc.)

• Guide campaign reporting during and after campaigns

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking junior profile or someone with initial experience, who has:

• A proactive mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities

Our office is located at the WPP Campus next to Brussels North Station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
