Reponsabilities::
• Create and support consumer retention strategies.
• Strengthen working relationships with clients, and retail sales force utilizing excellent communication techniques.
• Customer care skills – Solutions oriented and results driven attitude.
• Recognized opportunities for account growth, then actualized the value proposition and ensured implementation across the platform.
• Create and execute training program for POS personnel.
• Guarantee the right visual merchandising exhibition.
• Grow the business thru opening B2B clients, and increase sales with current.
Skills:
• 3 - 5 years in POS of Luxury or premium brands
• Avalaibility to travel (90%)
• MS Office 70%
• Experience training salesforce
• Marketing and trade marketing knowledge
• Negotiating, customer service, problem solving and product expertise skills
