Job Description
We are supporting a global tier-one financial institution with a strategic initiative to expand its footprint across Latin America. As part of this growth, the business is looking to strengthen its Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC capabilities to ensure scalable, compliant and efficient client onboarding across multiple jurisdictions.
This role will sit at the intersection of client onboarding, regulatory change and data transformation, with a particular focus on reference data as a critical enabler of regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the design and delivery of CLM and KYC transformation initiatives aligned to Latin America expansion plans
• Review and enhance client onboarding and due diligence processes to support multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements
• Lead analysis and improvement of client, entity and counterparty reference data models
• Identify data quality, ownership and governance gaps impacting the client lifecycle
• Work with Operations, Compliance, Technology and regional stakeholders to implement scalable onboarding solutions
• Contribute to operating model design to support increased client volumes and regional complexity
• Ensure CLM and KYC processes remain audit-ready and aligned to global standards with local regulatory overlays
Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering CLM, KYC or Client Onboarding transformation within a large financial institution
• Strong understanding of client and reference data within the context of onboarding and regulatory compliance
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or supporting regional expansion initiatives
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical, deliverable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills across front office, operations, compliance and technology
Nice to have
• Exposure to Latin America markets or regulatory environments
• Experience working with fragmented legacy systems and data environments
• Background in operating model or target state design
Benefits:
Paying up to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
