Mamaya Health was born out of a bold ambition: to shape a future where mental health care is
accepted as a fundamental human right. At Mamaya, we know that therapy is a lifeline, not a
luxury—which is why we accept most major insurances and offer sliding scale and deep sliding
fee scales to reduce financial barriers. Whether facing perinatal complications, women’s health
issues, or perimenopausal/menopausal challenges, every woman and her circle deserve the
care she needs in a safe, stigma-free space. Our multidisciplinary team uses evidence-based
practices to engage women early, conduct personalized risk assessments, and deliver high
quality virtual mental health care—because at Mamaya Health, moms matter too.
Our mission is Women's Mental Health Care That Supports the Whole Family. From early
