Client-Facing Supervisor Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client-Facing Supervisor to serve as the main point of contact between our company and its clients. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth communication, managing client expectations, addressing concerns, and building strong, long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Support internal teams by communicating client feedback and aligning operations with client expectations.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations related to client status and performance.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and relationship management.
