Client Experience Specialist
Full-Time | In-Office | Calgary, Alberta

We refer to our client community as VIP Clients, reflecting the importance we place on maintaining long-term relationships and providing exceptional care.
We are hiring a Client Experience Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our valued VIP Clients through consistent, proactive outreach and care.
This role is centered around client care, meaningful communication, and ensuring every VIP Client feels valued, remembered, and supported.
The Role
This is a highly phone-focused role, with most of your day spent speaking directly with VIP Clients.
You will proactively reach out to clients to check in, strengthen relationships, invite them to exclusive events, and ensure they remain connected to our community.
These are warm conversations with people who already know and trust our team.
This role involves a high level of daily outreach and is best suited for someone who enjoys spending most of their day speaking with clients.
You will also collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales and Marketing, to support a seamless client experience.
You are not cold calling. You are caring for an established client community.
This role is a key component in generating repeat and referral business. As a high-performing sales team, we will provide you with the training and support to confidently nurture these opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Speak with VIP Clients daily to maintain strong relationships
Welcome clients after their home purchase or sale
Invite clients to exclusive events and opportunities
Help clients stay connected to our team and services
Connect clients with trusted partners and resources when needed
Actively listen for "Trigger Events" (new baby, retirement, renovation plans) that signal a real estate need.
Confidently ask for referrals to generate repeat and referral business.
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system
Collaborate with internal team members to support client needs
Ensure every client feels supported and valued
Work Structure and Rhythm
This is a structured, phone-based role where most of your day will be spent having conversations with VIP Clients.
Your day will include dedicated call blocks, updating client notes, and working closely with internal team members to support client engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent daily rhythm and finds energy in speaking with people.
