We are currently seeking a Dutch and English speaking Client Experience Consultant to join our team in Sofia and support one of our most vibrant international partners—an iconic and globally celebrated confectionery and food brand.
Your Role: 
As a Client Experience Consultant, you'll be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive not just service—but a genuinely positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Providing timely and empathetic support while resolving customer inquiries with professionalism;
•    Taking ownership of issues, navigating solutions independently while following company policies;
•    Maintaining high-quality service standards across every touchpoint of the customer journey;
•    Handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
•    Proactively following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction;
•    Adapting quickly to changes in tools, processes, and team dynamics.
What We're Looking For:
•    Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
•    A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
•    Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities;
•    Analytical mindset and confident decision-maker;
