We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have proven track record to take on leadership positions - Client Delivery Lead, Gov+ in either Defense or Government Social Services & Growth.

NCS Gov+ offers government agencies transformative digital solutions, including IT modernisation & cloud computing, aimed at enhancing citizen experiences. As our Client Delivery Lead in Gov+, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality delivery of projects while driving impactful outcomes for key clients.

• Collaborate with the Client Service Lead to align NCS offerings, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, communication engineering, digital solutions, and thought leadership, with the client’s needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project and managed services delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multifunctional project teams to deliver business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop business opportunities and ideate solutions using technology and process innovations.
• Create sustainable growth opportunities that align with NCS’s core capabilities.
• Direct teams across different Service Organisations (SOs) to meet revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee program delivery and maintain accountability for client services.

The Ideal Candidate ...

• Confidently possesses leadership experience in Technology, ICT, Consulting and/or rich Project Delivery experience with a proven record in leading complex, large-scale projects, especially within Singapore's public sector and/or defense.
• With a strong track record of managing large projects in MINDEF, Government Agencies and/or key industries would offer immediate edge.
• Possess hands-on expertise gained from both vendor and user environments. Your driven and self-motivated personality sets you apart as a leader who thrives in dynamic settings.
• Strong business acumen and deep industry knowledge empower you to build and enhance client relationships effectively.
• Excel at fostering long-term customer relationships during business development and project delivery. Your deep experience in professional services, including driving client engagements and delivering impactful projects, is complemented by your ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you navigate complex, fast-paced organizations undergoing transformation, ensuring alignment and success at every level.
