Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Client Care Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless care delivery for our clients. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation to support homecare operations. Your work directly impacts the quality of service provided to clients and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
• Create and manage client schedules in HHA Exchange based on care needs
• Coordinate with caregivers to ensure full coverage for all clients
• Handle shift changes, call-outs, and substitutions as needed
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and families regarding staffing and EVV
• Communicate with vendors to obtain monthly authorizations; enter authorizations into HHA Exchange
• Manage billing and timesheet adjustments; ensure accurate EVV and correct missed clock-ins/outs
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records
• Partner with HR to onboard client-selected caregivers and place them on schedules once active in HHA Exchange
Requirements:
• Prior experience in homecare or home health operations, including homecare scheduling and coordination
• General proficiency using computer software for administrative work, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written manner
• Prior experience using HHA Exchange (preferred)
• Ability to organize, schedule, prioritize and utilize time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
