Do you value mental and emotional well-being as part of a person’s overall wellness? Positive Reset Eatontown is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated front desk associate to provide in person support for our NJ residents at one of our locations.
As a part of the Front Desk team, you will help our clients feel a sense of serenity and balance while speaking with them on the phone or in person. You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our mental health office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office setting and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Collect necessary insurance and demographic information
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
Maintain patient records and complete medical records request
Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns
Assist with billing tasks as required
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Basic Qualifications:
Must be available to work a full 40 hour week, 5 days a week in office, M-F
Must be available to work one-two closing shifts (typically 11:30a-8p)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role
Bilingual is a plus
