The North Highland Company saw an opportunity to expand its project-based consulting business into staffing by leveraging its high-touch and highly professional account management approach. In 2008, they brought in a group of successful staffing executives to start TrueBridge Resources. This team launched a values-based company that treats its clients and associates the way they deserve.
• Provides standard legal communications and correspondence.
• Researches and resolves inquiries and/or complaints of internal clients, as well as external customers and their representatives; serves as first point of escalation for issues related to legal agreements.
• Participates in project teams for new products and services providing analysis of impact to legal agreements.
• Serves as liaison with assigned business areas regarding special projects /requests.
• Applies strong understanding of business best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identifies business processes requiring improvement and recommends alternative solutions to management.
• Produce periodic and/or ad hoc reports on area and unit progress, customer satisfaction, etc.
• 3+ years of experience including recent work with contract management, analysis, or administration.
• Experience working for a large organization (at least 1,000 employees)
• Prior work with contracts dealing with employee retirement (ERISA regulations) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Through end of 2016; could extend (at least 11 months to start)
