Client Advisor - Houston

At PURPLE we're not just crafting clothing, we're shaping experiences. We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our store. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in engaging with customers and ensuring a strong focus on driving sales in the store. You will assist in creating an immersive shopping experience and bring a passion for design and style to all your interactions.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and deliver exceptional service while acting as a brand ambassador to convert walk-in traffic into clients, sparking excitement and desire for the product.

Uphold Purple Brand’s image, standards and guidelines.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Cultivate an extensive and organized client book, initiating regular client contact, prompt follow-up on all sales, events or inquiries.

Exceed personal sales targets KPI’s, while contributing to overall store objectives.

Stay on top of new products, trends, and initiatives.

Actively promote store events.

Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards.

Support inventory management tasks, including physical counts and restocking.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.

Passion for fashion, music, and art.

Excellent oral and written communication.

Demonstrate a proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets.

Critical and solution-oriented thinker.

Able to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends, holidays, and special events.

Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
