Client Advisor - Automotive (Internship)

MSX is looking for a Client Advisor, who will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with the customer’s directives and tools, will arrange replacement vehicle services for short term purposes.

Our new Automotive Rental Advisor will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identifying the feasibility of providing  replacements for each request and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Tasks contain:

• Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles;
• Process and resolute cases reported by customer care team on specific needs and disservices;
• Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives;
• Follow the given order of priority for the choice of suppliers of replacement cars;
• Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities.

We would love to welcome a new colleague with excellent communication and problem solving skills. Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar;
• 1 year of experience in the Automotive sector in other roles;
• High level of computer literacy;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Good planning and organization skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to take initiative;
• Languages: Italian and preferably English.

 

Working pattern:

• 40 hours/week, internship (stage)
• Location: Rome (Viale Alexandre Gustave Eiffel 13-15; 00148 Roma)
• Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days in smartworking
