We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our client base and build lasting partnerships. In this role, you generate and qualify leads, nurture prospects through the sales cycle, and support the onboarding of new clients. You may also help manage ongoing client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Design, build and execute email and phone sales campaigns to maximize customer acquisition
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and research
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM
• Create sales and marketing strategy to determine customer outreach focus
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and introduce our services
• Nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and service recommendations
• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle until they become clients
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support when needed
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
• Proven experience with designing, building, and executing email and phone sales campaigns to maximize customer acquisition
• Experience using CRMs
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 - 4 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Experience using CRMs
