Altius Search Group is partnering with a leading Equipment Finance organization to recruit a Client Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving customer onboarding, platform adoption, and long‑term account success. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring they realize measurable value from a sophisticated lease and asset management technology platform.
About the Role
The Client Account Manager will guide customers through the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of a customer‑facing software platform. This role blends customer success, technical coordination, training, and strategic relationship management. You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and supporting customers throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s customer‑facing applications, with emphasis on the lease and asset management platform.
• Lead onboarding for new customers, including orientation, discovery of business objectives, and coordination with internal technical resources.
• Serve as the main customer contact throughout the lifecycle, ensuring account health and driving customers toward successful outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver training content that communicates both business value and technical functionality.
• Create scalable customer‑education materials (print, webinars, video, etc.).
• Monitor customer health trends and proactively address risks or opportunities.
• Build a regular cadence with enterprise customers to review progress, provide strategic guidance, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Track customer issues through resolution, escalating to product and engineering teams when necessary.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement within the Customer Success function.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
