Who we are looking for
The Chief Data Office at State Street is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Client 360 Program—a strategic, cross‑functional data product integrating client, custody, SSIM, and engagement insights into a unified enterprise view.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to consistent business analysis practices, lead key workstreams, and collaborate with product and delivery teams across regions. You may also provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
• Lead key business analysis activities and workstreams within the Client 360 Program.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, delivery teams, and data partners to refine business requirements.
• Conduct process analysis, business process modeling, contribute to logical data modeling and data flow diagrams (in partnership with Data Analysts)
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in Confluence.
• Support solution design discussions ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate UAT activities and support stakeholder communication and enablement.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across all Client 360 program partners, including stakeholders in the US, EMEA, and APAC.
What we value

• Experience within a large financial services organization, ideally in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, data management roles or business roles with material components related to BA/DA.
• Strong understanding of State Street's business and data environment (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience delivering requirements in complex or matrixed environments.
• Ability to manage analysis work across multiple initiatives.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Practical use of AI tools in BA context.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math or equivalent work experience to substitute for education); Marster’s degree is a plus.
• Min. 8-10 years of Financial Services Industry is required
• Experience with MS suite, Confluence, JIRA
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently.
• Experience in working with cross‑functional teams and project timelines.
Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office
Minimum Salary:
zł182,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
