Randstad is currently recruiting for a Clerical Support Specialist for leading global financial services firm with operations in more than 60 countries. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small-business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and private equity. The ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years minimum experience in an office clerical environment and 2-3 years experience with mail, data entry, and database work. 

As a Clerical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling files, review the files to ensure that loan and lease motor vehicle title documents are complete, you will monitor the department fax email box, answer and direct phone calls, take messages and distribute to staff, receive, sort and distribute mail. You will be responsible for photocopying, scanning, faxing and preparing and sending outgoing mail. Interact with external customers, dealerships, state and county offices, and business partners to identify, research, and resolve issues of various complexities; Responsible for production standards & adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications include the following:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel

- Proficient in use of email and internet

- Good alphabetical and numeracy skills

- Strong previous customer service experience strongly preferred

- Must have ability to meet quality and productivity standards

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to initiate and respond to client inquiries via telephone and in writing

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Problem-solving, analytical skills; detail oriented

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured and changing environment

- Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements

- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; professional and courteous

- Must display a high sense of urgency

- HS diploma or GED required

Requirements:

- 2-3 years minimum experience in an office clerical environment

- 2-3 years experience with mail, data entry, and database work is required

- Strongly prefer banking/financial/Auto Finance exp
