Position Available
Role Title: Cleaning Technician
Location: Timmins, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Nights
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including but limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping windows/surfaces, etc.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Empty garbage’s and recycling bins
Restocking of Supplies; Paper Towel, Toilet Paper, Soap
Communicating with supervisor(s)
Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, stock issues, client issues etc.…
Managing Site Inventory: Placing orders for supplies & equipment
Vacuuming: Carpet, Runners, Regular Maintenance on Equipment
Responsible for Site Security: Alarm Codes & Keys
Documenting Completed Tasks in Communication Binder if available
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is consistently maintained
Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Valid driver’s license with own mode of transportation
Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
Must be flexible
Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs
Strong time management and organization skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
Compensation and Benefits
Wage Range: $18-$20/hour
