🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Cleaning Operator, you’ll be the critical first step in our high-tech manufacturing process. You’ll handle specialized metal cleaning (aqueous and solvent-based), help ensure parts meet the highest standards, and keep production moving smoothly.

You’ll:

• Work with cutting-edge cleaning equipment (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
• Read blueprints and instructions to get the job done right
• Load components, choose the right cleaning program, and make it shine
• Hand-clean more complex parts when needed
• Package components and move them to the next team
• Keep everything calibrated, clean, and up to code
• Use tools like SPC charts to keep an eye on quality
• Pitch in to help and train teammates
• Log your work using basic computer functions

🧰 What You Bring:

• A High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfort using computers and following written instructions
• A great attitude and the drive to learn and grow!

Hourly Rate Range: $23.00 – $29.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications,
