Cleaning Operative Night Shift

LOCATION: JPMorgan, Argyle Street, Glasgow

CONTRACT: Permanent. Please review the available shift patterns. All are 5 over 7.

PAY RATE: £12.88 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaning professionals to join our amazing team and work in a prestigious office site in Glasgow city centre.

All successful candidates will need to undergo a strict vetting process that last up to 8 weeks. This is not an immediate start but a perfect opportunity to work your notice elsewhere and take a short rest break in between jobs. For those who want to start as soon as possible we have work opportunities across our Glasgow portfolio.

Due to the contract expansion we are currently looking to fill the following vacancies (please state in your application which shift you are interested in)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• A range of cleaning duties such as: mopping, dusting, toilet cleaning, use of floor cleaning machinery, waste removal, deep cleaning, etc.
• Maintaining storage rooms and making sure the stock levels are appropriate
• Updating line management of any issues
• Following ABM UK policies, health & safety regulations and reasonable management requests
• Being a proud brand ambassador promoting ABM values and displaying the best customer service

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Attention to details
• Good Timekeeping and excellent attendance
• Sound communication skills
• Format into sections and lists to improve readability
• Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and age
