Sodexo is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Cleaning Leading Hand to join our team working full time on our client's site in Bathurst, NSW

About the Job:

Reporting to the site services lead, you will have excellent customer service skills and ideally commercial site experience. Your job will involve overseeing the performance of the cleaning team, rostering support, detailed cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of kitchen and toilets. You will conduct all duties using appropriate cleaning methods, following cleaning policies and procedures and be able to complete them with in allocate timeframes. You will be required to respond in a timely manner to any adhoc cleaning request that require urgent attention. Time management will be key to this role as you will be allocated specific areas / duties to complete on your allocated shift.

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), 8am to 4pm

About you:

You will have gained experience in leading a small team to deliver to a very high standard. have a high level of organisational, customer service and interpersonal skills. You will take pride in your work, enjoy working in a cohesive team and thrive under pressure. Experience in managing a growing team. 

You must have strong safety awareness and safe work ethic with exceptional communication skills with some computer literacy. Be well presented at all times.

You have bags of stamina and are fit and healthy, as you will spend the majority of your time on your feet. Your ability to work effectively in a team is very important. This is a hands on role and having a positive can-do attitude is what we are looking for. This position will suit a self-motivated individual who has a flexible mindset and a great team spirit - providing service with a smile!
