As a heavy-duty overnight working supervisor/ cleaner, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level.  Maintaining your area plus monitoring your coworkers. The overnight shift is 10:00PM – 6:00AM. Sunday-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday off.

Your work will include:

• Maintaining the floors, washrooms and garbage bins of the facility
• Cleaning and sanitizing that includes washrooms, common and entrance areas
• Replenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap)
• Dusting all visible surfaces within reach which includes, counter tops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges and vents
•  Cleaning all lobby floors and wash thoroughly as required
• Cleaning all stairwell, sweep and wash
• Vacuuming all entrance mats in lobbies

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A great attitude!
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand on feet for 8 hours
• Floor care experiences an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors)
• Able to operate cleaning equipment and machine
• Able to communicate with manager, client and general public
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
