The Clay Administrator will be responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing Clay workflows that support outbound execution, data enrichment, and go-to-market (GTM) automation. This role operates at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, and Sales, building and maintaining the operational backbone that enables scalable GTM initiatives.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate Clay workflows used for outbound prospecting, enrichment, and GTM automation.
• Design, maintain, and optimize automation pipelines to support lead generation, account enrichment, and sales workflows.
• Ensure high data quality and accuracy across GTM datasets including accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
• Debug and troubleshoot workflow issues, enrichment failures, and automation logic.
• Integrate Clay with APIs, enrichment providers, and downstream sales or RevOps systems.
• Collaborate closely with RevOps, Growth, and Sales teams to align workflows with GTM strategy and execution needs.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability of GTM operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience working with Clay workflows and automation.
• Solid understanding of GTM data models including accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
• Comfortable working with APIs, enrichment tools, and automation logic.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve workflow issues efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in RevOps or Sales Operations roles.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or data manipulation.
• Experience supporting fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
