Classification Quality Analyst (Indonesian)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Classification Quality Analyst to support youth and family safety initiatives by conducting manual reviews of video content. This role focuses on identifying content aimed at minors which fails to meet quality standards. The reviewer will analyze algorithmically generated data sets, provide nuanced feedback to improve machine learning classifiers, and help address content gaps that automated systems or standard workflows cannot fully capture. This position plays a critical role in ensuring platform integrity, protecting younger audiences, and improving machine learning-driven content classification systems.

Pay: Starting $26/hour+

100% Remote in the United States

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual reviews and labeling of video content using established machine learning and quality guidelines.
• Review algorithmically generated samples, including:
• High-impression and high-impact content
• Visual-synthetic and AI-generated videos

• Evaluate model outputs and AI-generated responses for developmental appropriateness and safety.
• Provide clear annotations and qualitative feedback to support classifier training and evaluation.
• Identify and document edge cases and content gaps that cannot be addressed through existing automated or standardized processes.
• Meet daily throughput and quality targets while maintaining high accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project workflows and alignment.
• Adhere to all data handling, confidentiality, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Indonesian
• Experience in content review, data labeling, quality evaluation, or machine learning support workflows.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfort working with large datasets, dashboards, annotation tools, and algorithmically generated samples.
• Ability to read, interpret, and assess AI-generated responses and synthetic content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and providing structured feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of youth, teen, and family-focused content, including trends, creators, formats, and common engagement tactics.
• Familiarity with moderating youth content.
• Prior experience supporting machine learning classifiers (e.g. training data review, model evaluation, QA).
• Strong contextual judgment and comfort handling gray-area or ambiguous content.
• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving guidelines, policies, and model requirements.
• Background in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Operations, or Digital Media Review is a plus.
