Job Description

Manitoulin Transport has one of the highest pay packages in the industry as we strive to keep our current and future drivers happy. Sustained by its 65 years of experience, Manitoulin developed transportation knowledge that is relied on and trusted by clients in various industries. Willing to assist Eligible Candidates with the Yukon Nominee Program.

 This is a full-time Class 1 line haul driving position with a departure time of 15:30 daily from Whitehorse, Tuesday to Saturday. Drive to Watson Lake and return. An average day is 11-12 hours.  Pre-trips, post-trips, and mid-trip inspections. 

• Class 1 license

• 3 years of experience Min

• Dempster and Mountain experience an asset

• Reliable and dependable

• TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift experience are assets

• Must provide a criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work-related references.  

• What do we offer?

• Competitive Pay of $38.93 per hour while driving 

• On-duty time wage of $35.93 per hour
