Customer Service Agent – Extended Warranty Support
$15/hr. | Start Date: April 13, 2026
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers regarding their extended warranty coverage. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to top-tier customer service.
This position involves drafting clear, grammatically correct emails, following company policies, and maintaining a polished and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Must have a working cell phone with a carrier
Must not miss any time in first 30 days.
Training & Nesting:
9-530p M-F for 2 to 4 weeks
Available Schedules:
Tuesday – Friday 9am-6pm | Sun 8a-2p (Mon & Sun off)
Monday - Friday 11:30a-8p(Sat & Sun off)
Monday - Thursday 9a-6p | Sun 8a-2p (Fri/Sat off)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer support via phone and email.
Draft professional, clearly written emails with proper grammar, punctuation, and tone.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude.
Follow company protocols to ensure high-quality service.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy and dress code policies.
Commit to weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) after the two-week training/nesting period, with a weekday off (Sunday or Monday).
Adhere to a consistent work schedule and demonstrate flexibility during high-demand periods.
Keep mobile devices secured in the provided lockbox during work hours.
Attend an on-site final interview, if requested.
Requirements:
Stable employment history; minimal job hopping preferred.
Clear, professional communication free from slang or informal language.
Strong writing skills and the ability to draft polished, customer-ready emails.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
No time-off requests within the first 30 days of employment.
Ability to come onsite for a third-round interview, if needed.
Willingness to work weekends after training, with one weekday off.
Must comply with professional dress code standards.
