As we expand our presence in the Lower Mainland, we’re looking for a Cladding Project Manager with a strong background in architectural cladding, building envelope, or glazing. If you're ready to lead with clarity, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver excellence from concept to completion—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end management of cladding, glazing, and building envelope projects

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and installers to ensure smooth execution

Interpret and work with blueprints, shop drawings, contracts, and engineered documents

Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, and schedules

Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities

Oversee project documentation and ensure alignment with construction workflows

Leverage platforms like Jonas, Excel, Adobe, and CAD/SketchUp to manage project data

Drive project meetings, resolve site issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship

Uphold safety, compliance, and company standards across all project phases

Deliver results in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong communication and leadership

What You Bring to the Team

Proven experience in architectural cladding, building envelope, or glazing systems

PMP Program (preferred)

RCABC Certification (asset)

Deep understanding of construction contracts, documentation workflows, and the full project lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to forecast project costs and manage budgets with accuracy and confidence

Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and platforms like CAD, SketchUp, and Jonas

Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and engineered designs

Strong attention to detail with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $85,000- $100,000 (based on experience)

Reports To: Cladding Department Manager
