Job Description

We’re hiring a Civil Project Manager (Residential Design) to manage residential land development projects from planning and design through approvals and delivery. This role focuses on project coordination, technical oversight, and client communication to ensure high-quality civil design outcomes.

• Manage residential site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility design
