Job Description

Hire Resolve is assisting civil and infrastructure organizations in hiring experienced engineering professionals for multiple openings across transportation, land development, water resources, and municipal infrastructure. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level candidates with a clear pathway toward technical leadership and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and plan development for roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and site development
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
• Oversee permitting and compliance with local/state/federal requirements
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction submittals
• Partner with clients, municipalities, and contractors through delivery

Requirements:
• BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 7–15+ years of civil/infrastructure project experience
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation (role dependent)
• Strong knowledge of design standards, permitting, and construction documentation
• PE license preferred (or active progression toward licensure)
