Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY - ONLY MALE CANDIDATES -SITE ENGINEER/ SUPERVISOR @ KLANG

• Local Malaysians
• Civil Background - Mandatory
• Freshers welcome from civil education background only

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible to ensure complete process for renovation projects.

• Oversee, monitor and handle on site and ensure the renovationjob done is accordingly to the approved layout plan
• Coordinate and update on renovation specification at site to ensure documentation and actual physical are consistent
• Handle site inspect ion for the final handover and to Respond to monitor that any defect raised had been ratified by contractor and accepted by user at agreed time line
• To prepare handover project to user
• Monitoring site visit & meeting with contractor
• Request quotation with contractor to check the price & comparison
• To entertain all request through We-Care systems for the organisation.
• Represent Administration Unit to delegate the task lo the PIC.
• PIC for Admin ,Dept ensure AU task assigned lo Admin is being at tended.
• Weekly to check the status of We-Care assigned to Adm1n.

Requirements:
Civil Engineering education background - Bachelors, Diploma or equivalent

Freshers with Civil Engg background welcome

Prior experience in handling Civil / interior renovation projects - added advantage
