We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is exclusively for Qatari Nationals and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of Qatar's road infrastructure.

• Develop and implement comprehensive road maintenance strategies and plans
• Conduct regular inspections of road networks to assess conditions and identify maintenance needs
• Design and oversee road repair and rehabilitation projects
• Analyze traffic patterns and recommend improvements for road safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with contractors and government agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
• Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Manage budgets and resources for road maintenance projects
• Stay updated on innovative road maintenance technologies and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and safety standards

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in road engineering and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, with a focus on road construction and maintenance techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, GIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Thorough understanding of Qatar's road standards, specifications, and regulations
• Familiarity with local environmental conditions affecting road maintenance
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Qatari Nationality is required for this position
