Consulting Engineering firm looking for a Project Manager.
Project Managers will direct a technical staff comprised of Engineers, Designers, and CADD Technicians generally of lesser qualifications. Projects will be assigned to Project Managers based upon size and complexity as well as the capabilities of the Design Group. Project Managers are responsible for evaluating the capabilities and size of assigned staff for meeting project schedules and technical requirements as well as completing more complex engineering work. Project Managers must be willing to both manage others while completing their own design work with support from drafters.
Project Managers are the Firm's primary point of contact with Clients. At all times, Project Managers are expected to conduct business in a professional and dignified manner. Good Client relations are of the utmost importance in being successful in the professional services industry. Good Client relations will result in smooth-running projects and repeat business.
EXPERIENCE: Project Managers must be Registered Engineers with a minimum of five to ten years of experience in civil engineering design and preparation of Contract Documents. This position requires some background in the design of water and wastewater facilities in addition to demonstrated proficiency in other aspects of civil/site design. Experience with pumping station and force main design, gravity sewers, onsite disposal systems, water distribution design, and hydraulic modeling of water, wastewater and storm water systems. Experience with permitting is a plus.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
2. P.E.
3. 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience including project management and design of water and wastewater facilities.
4. Experience with pumping station and force main design, gravity sewers, onsite disposal systems, water distribution design, and hydraulic modeling of water, wastewater and storm water systems.
