Civil Engineer (Entry Level)

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our team in Maumee, Ohio.

What You'll Own

• Support civil engineering projects across land development, site design, municipal infrastructure, drainage, and transportation
• Assist with and eventually lead technical work including:
• Grading and drainage design
• Utility coordination
• Stormwater management
• Permitting and regulatory submittals
• Construction documentation
• Coordinate with clients, project engineers, contractors, and agencies throughout project execution
• Support construction-phase activities to help keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Assist with permit applications, grant-related documentation, and project submittals as needed
• Grow into increased project ownership and client-facing responsibilities over time

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
• 2–6 years of civil engineering experience
• Candidates in the 3–5 year range are especially encouraged to apply
• Strong entry-level candidates will also be considered
• Experience in land development is highly preferred
• Site design, grading, utilities, and entitlements are a strong plus
• EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Ability to work fully onsite, five days per week, in Maumee, OH

Benefits:
• Salary: $68,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
