Williams Civil Construction is hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and partner with the Project Managers to deliver civil construction projects safely, on time, and on budget.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead daily jobsite operations and supervise crews & subcontractors
Enforce safety standards and drive quality workmanship
Plan site logistics, sequencing, and short-term schedules
Track labor productivity, costs, and jobsite documentation
WHAT YOU BRING:
Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or Construction Management degree with 3-5 years of field experience
Strong background in earthwork and underground utilities
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and equipment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction software
