Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to VIATechnik's playbook, standards and Project checklist

Develop 3D models as required for the project tasks

Ensure models are constructable in the field

Conduct clash detection and coordination

Produce detailed coordination drawings

Calculate cut/fill volumes and other related civil tasks

Collaborate with the Project Manager

Conduct feasibility studies and draft technical blueprints

Troubleshoot and resolve project issues

Accomplish project accurately and submit on the agreed deadline

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Sanitary Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any engineering related course.

Proficient in BIM-related software ( e.g. Civil 3D)

Must have basic plan reading knowledge (Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF)

Must have basic knowledge in Navisworks and Revit

Has good grasp of Engineering and Architecture principles
