Position Title: City Wellbeing Executive Support Officer

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Executive Officer to provide high-level support to the City Wellbeing Directorate. In this role, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly and help deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our community.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate key reporting and project updates across Council meetings, strategic initiatives, budgets, and performance reviews.
Provide a full range of administrative services — purchasing, correspondence, document management, and office systems support.
Assist with meetings and events — from scheduling and agendas to catering, travel, and minutes.
Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure information is up to date and accessible.
Support communication and reporting — prepare newsletters, presentations, and directorate updates.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Provide diary and executive support to the Director, City Wellbeing.
Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Benefits
This is a permanent full time position and carries a base salary of $70,937 per annum, excluding superannuation.
