City Manager

We are recruiting a City Manager to lead operations within three properties in Manchester. The company offers premium student accommodation in carefully selected locations with the highest quality facilities. Since their origin four years ago, the company has grown exponentially and has successfully established itself as a leading brand in the sector.

Where?

The role is a City Manager for the company's Manchester properties, of which there are currently three. The organisation own and manage a significant number of similar properties across the UK.

Who?

• Do you have experience in managing multiple residential, commercial or mixed-use properties?
• Do you have the tenacity and drive needed to sell the accommodation, ensuring 100% occupancy?
• Would you consider yourself to be a great communicator, able to utilise those skills to manage a team effectively?

What?

• You will manage operations in three Manchester properties, ensuring their effective smooth running and consistently excellent performance.
• You will be responsible for selling the 777 beds within the sites, aiming for full occupancy at any given time.
• You will have a team of Accommodation Managers reporting into you whose performance you will monitor and drive, to ensure all KPI targets are met.
• You will manage the reactive and preventative maintenance schedules, as well as ensuring complete compliance with health and safety regulations across the properties.
