Citrix & Identity and Access Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Citrix & IAM Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable access to applications and resources across hybrid environments.

Responsibilities:
• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Citrix environments, both cloud-based and legacy, ensuring secure and efficient application delivery
• Oversee Active Directory and Azure AD administration, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls across on-premises and cloud environments
• Develop and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies supporting SSO, MFA, privileged access, and access governance
• Manage migration projects for legacy Citrix systems, ensuring seamless integration with modern cloud services
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting for Citrix, AD, and IAM-related issues
• Conduct regular reviews of access rights, group memberships, and policy compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensure alignment with SLAs, change control, and audit compliance requirements
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning for Citrix and IAM environments
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures
• Mentor and support junior team members and L2 analysts
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure smooth access management and integration
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and modernization initiatives

Requirements:
• Advanced expertise in Citrix Cloud administration (delivery groups, catalogs, policies, VDA image management)
• Strong background in legacy Citrix migration and hybrid coexistence strategies
• Experience designing NetScaler/gateway policies and integrating secure access solutions (MFA, IdP)
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD administration, hybrid sync, and conditional access
• Proven experience with IAM strategies including SSO, PIM/PAM, and emergency access controls
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Familiarity with SIEM integration and sign-in anomaly detection
• Track record in structured migration and decommissioning of legacy systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
