JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The successful candidate must have several years of experience supporting enterprise level Citrix infrastructures including XenApp and XenDesktop build processes.
• They must have the ability to learn and implement new technology developments while providing technical leadership within IT in keeping the Citrix and Windows server Infrastructure current.
• Expert knowledge of Citrix Infrastructure and related tools
o Citrix XenApp (all versions)
o Citrix XenDesktop
o NetScaler Gateway
o StoreFront/Web Interface
o Citrix Provisioning Server
o Citrix User Profile Manager
o Systrack Analysis and Deployment tools
o PowerShell
o Underlying Widows operating systems and hardware platforms
• HP/Dell/Cisco Server Hardware experience
• Experience in defining and implementing Disaster Recovery services
• Infrastructure Provisioning
• Security Standards
• Capacity planning and Performance monitoring
• As part of the overall Windows hosting team the candidate will also need a working knowledge of the following:
o Active Directory\GPO
o DNS
o Microsoft IIS
o VMware version 5.X
o Windows server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012x
o Service Now incident management, and change management
• As part of the overall Windows Hosting team all member must have the following soft skills to succeed.
o Ability and desire to work together as large team to perform all centralized Windows functions
o All members of the team will be part of a rotational on call cadence to supply Ally with 24X7 coverage
o Ability to refine the architecture and workflows to tune to scale based on the enterprise needs.
