Job Description

PASSPORT MANDATE:-

Skill: Cisco Voice – (10 Positions)
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Work Location: Pune
Notice Period: 30 – 45 Days MAX
Date: 07-Jan-17 (Saturday)
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

JD:

Basic Understanding of Cisco UCCE and its components like ICM , PG, CCMP , basic scripting
Sound knowledge on Cisco VOIP networks
Basic troubleshooting experience on Cisco Finesse
Experience of Cisco support with skills-
• Incident & change Management supporting Cisco UCCE/UCCH Contact Center Platforms
• Experience on Cisco Hosted Contact Centre for UCCE platform.
• Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
• Scripting for call flow change or Holiday request.
• Cisco Call Manager at some instances.
• Cisco IPCC & UC Skills - CUCX, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM & presence.
• Require to work in 24*7 shifts.
