Role Overview
We are looking for a Cisco Network & Security Engineer with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. This role combines networking and security responsibilities, supporting internal infrastructure and project-based work. The position is not client-facing on a daily basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure (routing and switching)
• Set up, manage, and optimize firewall and security systems
• Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of network environments
• Support internal technical projects and infrastructure improvements
• Ensure network performance, reliability, and security standards
Requirements
• 1–3 years of professional experience in networking and/or security
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco networking (routing and switching)
• Firewall and network security solutions
• Solid troubleshooting skills and practical, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote/project-based setup
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Based in Europe
